Pack in info
- Pack in Tuesday 16th February, 11am to 4pm and Wednesday 17th Febraury, 7am - 8.30am.
- Vehicles must be out of the exhibition area before 8am on event days.
- Marquee hire companies may pack in earlier by prior arrangement.
- A forklift will be available to assist in unloading equipment on Tuesday 16th February.
- Please ensure any pegs are kept within your designated site area. Pegs outside this area is a health & safety issue.
- Hi-vis and closed-in footwear to be worn.
Reminder:
- A Health & Safety Form MUST be completed for your site BEFORE commencing pack-in.
- The NZ Dairy Expo is an OUTDOOR EVENT. Exhibitors must provide their own all-weather shelter for their site.
- 10amp power is provided to each site.
- Please note: The generators for this supply will not be running overnight or on pack in/out days.
- WiFi is NOT provided.
- Any larger equipment needed for loading and unloading of display material, other than a forklift, is to be organised by exhibitors their own expense.
- Security will be onsite from Monday 6pm to Friday 7am.
- Vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibiting area after 8am and before 3.30pm on both days of the NZ Dairy Expo.
- Exhibitor vehicles must remain in the designated exhibitor carpark (Swap Park, off Burwood Road) during event opening hours.
Pack out info
- Pack out Thursday 18th February, 3.30pm to 6pm and Friday 19th February, 7.30am to 12pm.
- All display materials and marquee/tents needs to be removed by 12pm, Friday 19th February.
- A forklift will be available to assist with loading equipment on Thursday 18th February from 3.30pm to 6pm and Friday 19th February, 7.30am - 11am.
- Hi-vis and closed-in footwear to be worn.
