Please note that the submission of this form does not guarantee a site reservation. After submission, you will be contacted within three business days to discuss site options and availability. Once your site has been allocated, you will receive an email with your site number and an invoice. Confirmation of your site will occur upon receipt of payment for the site fees.

The NZ Dairy Expo reserves the right to decline any booking request that does not align with the vision and objectives of the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our event's vision.
