Returning exhibitors will receive their site at the same cost as 2024.
Please note that the NZ Dairy Expo is an OUTDOOR EVENT. Exhibitors are required to provide their own shelter for their site. We have experienced wind and rain overnight in previous years so please ensure your site is weatherproof.
When selecting your site size, please ensure that the dimensions are appropriate for your marquee and that pegs are kept within your designated site area. Pegs outside your designated area are a health and safety issue and will have to be removed.
Pricing includes:
- 10amp Power – Generators will not be running overnight or on pack in/out days.
- Forklift support for pack in on Monday 10 February 2025, and pack out on Thursday 13 February 2025.
Pricing excludes:
- Internet connection – Exhibitors are responsible for sourcing their own internet access using personal hotspots or other means.
- Marquee hire or cover from weather events. Exhibitors are responsible for sourcing these themselves.
