- Venue: Bedford Park, Matamata.
- Pack in: Monday 10 February 2025 between 11am – 5pm.
- Expo Days: Tuesday 11 February & Wednesday 12 February 2025, from 8:30am to 3pm.
- Pack out: Wednesday 12 February between 3pm – 6pm & Thursday 13 February between 7.30am – 12pm.
Please note: As this venue is an outdoor setting, we kindly request exhibitors to provide their own self-contained all-weather exhibition space.
