Will you be supplying any food or beverages to the public?
Unless you are a registered expo food vendor you will not have power supply overnight as the generators are switched off at 5pm daily.

General

  • The NZ Dairy Expo provides bare outdoor sites only. Any additional requirements or modifications for your site are your responsibility and are at your cost.
  • Due to this event being outdoors please ensure you are prepared for all weather conditions.
  • Tent pegs must remain inside the boundary of your allocated site.
  • No digging/excavation, construction or landscaping is to be undertaken without prior permission from event staff.
  • All appropriate PPE must be worn during pack in/out, e.g. high-vis clothing, covered footwear.
  • Please keep slip, trip and fall hazards in mind when setting up your site.
  • All electrical equipment must have a valid test and tag.
  • Exhibitors must make immediate adjustments to their sites/displays as directed by event organisers in cases where a hazard is identified or where, in the opinion of the organisers the display is hazardous or objectionable.
  • Please make sure any specific hazards are identified on the form above. Event organisers will be checking all sites prior to public entry.
  • Any person/s failing to adhere to any Health & Safety instructions may be asked to leave the event.
  • Security personnel will be provided on site at Bedford Park from 6pm on Monday 16 February, to 8am on Friday 20 February, to ensure the safety of the event and exhibitors’ displays.
  • Any large equipment needed for loading/unloading of display material, other than a forklift, is to be organised by exhibitors their own expense.
  • Exhibitors must refrain from beginning the dismantling of their displays until 3pm on Thursday 19 February 2026.

Vehicles

  • Please abide by the 10km speed limit in all areas of Bedford Park including parking areas.
  • Follow all signage and directions of event and venue staff at all times.
  • All vehicles must have their hazard lights on when moving through the exhibition area during pack in/out.
  • Vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the grounds after 8am and before 3.30pm on both event days.
