During the Expo
For a complete and well-prepared exhibition at The NZ Dairy Expo, please take note of the following important information.
Equipment
Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own shelter, display equipment and furniture at their own cost. While we are working with preferred suppliers throughout the expo to facilitate your needs, it’s essential that exhibitors make arrangements for their specific requirements.
Additional Power Requirements
If your exhibition site has specific power requirements beyond those provided in your site fee (10amp), it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make these arrangements with SBI Productions directly.
Internet Access
Please be aware that there is no wifi internet access at Bedford Park. If you require internet access for your exhibition, it is your responsibility to provide it. This can be done through personal hotspots or other suitable means.
General Appearance
Exhibitors are expected to assist with the general appearance of the expo by ensuring that any rubbish or waste materials near their exhibition sites are quickly disposed of. Rubbish bins will be provided for this purpose.
Relevance
Exhibitors are expected to offer a display of materials that are beneficial and relevant to the farmers attending from various regions. It is essential that your display aligns with the broader purpose of the NZ Dairy Expo, which is to facilitate learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the dairy sector.
Exhibitors have the right to display materials on their designated exhibition site. However, it is important to note that exhibitors should not allow other individuals or entities to display materials or advertise products on or around their exhibition sites. Each exhibitor is responsible for their allocated space.
Subletting
The NZ Dairy Expo strictly prohibits subletting of exhibition sites. This means that exhibitors are not allowed to rent or share their exhibition space with other parties. The site allocated to an exhibitor is for their exclusive use and should not be transferred, shared, or sublet to third parties.
